Recipe: 

Put the KUSTURA oat bread baking mix in a bowl and add a packet of baking powder. Salt can be added optionally, as the baking mix is ​​salt-free.

Mix the dry ingredients with a whisk.

Mix 150 ml of apple sauce without sugar with 380 ml of water, add to the baking mix and stir with a hand mixer with a dough hook for about 3-4 minutes.

Then grease a smaller loaf pan and put the dough in it.

Smooth the dough with a wet spatula, let it rise for 30 minutes and bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf for 90 minutes at 200°C top and bottom heat.

Immediately remove the finished bread from the baking pan and leave to cool for 2-3 hours in a clean tea towel.
